Helping Hands
Helping Hands is an independent confidential support, information and guidance service.
If you are experiencing difficulties with any aspect of your job or personal life or if you feel that it would be helpful to have someone impartial and completely confidential to talk to - maybe you could do with a helping hand.
Helping Hands offer employees support, information and guidance by providing a confidential telephone support service, a range of wellbeing workshops and a drop-in service.
- Text or call 07890 028038 (9.00am - 4.30pm)
- Email: helping.hands@swansea.gov.uk
The service is co-ordinated and delivered by a team of trained staff volunteers and is managed by the stress management advice and counselling team.
