Communication

A reminder that the best way to contact a member of staff is to email your request to olchfa@olchfa.org.uk.  This is the quickest and most efficient way of communicating.  Your email will be forwarded to the relevant member of staff.

Reporting an Absence

Please email olchfa@olchfa.org.uk, use the School Gateway app or call (01792) 534300 to report your child's absence.  Please state their name, form and reason for absence.

Parking

Please avoid dropping pupils off on the school site.  The health and safety of the pupils and the school community is our priority.

Catering

From September 2023, the School Gateway will be used to top up pupil/staff catering accounts.  The app can be downloaded and parents/carers can log in using the email/mobile number on record.

Preloved Uniform

We have items of preloved uniform available.  Please contact reception or email olchfa@olchfa.org.uk with your request.   Donations of school uniform would be appreciated.  Please bring them in to reception.
